NASIR JAMSHED JAILED min

This Pakistani Opener Player is Jailed

Cricket has always been subject to scandals like match fixing or more recently spot fixing. With the evolution of cricket and big league bringing in big money into the game has brought more charm and reward value to such activities. Despite numerous organizations including ICC (International Cricket Council) trying to cater and limit these kind of activities, every now and then we come across such news from the cricket world. This is not only damaging the game of cricket but the fans also feels betrayed and cheated by their heros.

Recently UK court has concluded a judgement where several players are punished for their conspiracy to fix the matches of premier league matches. Nashir Jamshaid, an opening batsmen from Pakistan is also involved in conspiring to offer bribes to the players along with the two UK nationals Yousaf Anwar and Mohammad Ijaz. All of these accepted their involvement in the sophisticated crime however Nasir Jamshaid’s role was limited to being “Vulnerable to the temptation of a reward and promises”. All of the three convicted men are jailed for their crime by Manchester Crown Court.

Nasir Jamshed has got a jail time of 17 months. This is believed to have happened due to a huge betting industry in place in and around countries like India, Pakistan and Bangladesh. Players who are often do not make it into the top category contracts and are paid lesser accordingly are more prone to such activities.

A sum of 30,000 Pounds was used to fix every match and an undercover agent from NCA went on to identify the activities of this group and their involvement in the fixing of Bangladesh Premier League.

INDIA vs NEW ZELAND SERIES FIXED

Fixing Conspiracy. India vs New Zealand T20 Series.

India vs New Zealand T20 Series was one of the most eventful T20 series of all time. Though the results might depict it as a one-sided affair, however, it surely wasn’t and some really competitive cricket was played by both teams.

As the saying goes that Cricket is a game of chance and your luck or back luck can play an important role in determining the outcomes of a game but in case of Blackcaps, its either some really bad luck or there is a reason for consistently losing matches from good positions. Why does it happen to NZ? Let’s dive into it.

New Zealand has some of the finest International quality players in their playing XI yet they keep on losing pressure games. Here is the conspiracy theory a man from the underground explains it.

New Zealand v India T20s - Men's

THE BIG CONSPIRACY

Was it all Fixed? Pre-planned? Rigged?

World of cricket had to witness a whitewash to New Zealand after they eliminated team India from the ICC World Cup 2019 under strange circumstances.
India has to be a favorite for the coming world cup in India and for that matter being a 4th or 5th ranked team on ICC T20 charts the betting odds are against them. So they needed big points. Something like a clean whitewash in a longer series lets say a long 5 match series. Which is exactly what happened.

Normally nobody plays this long T20 bilateral series offshore. A 5 match series couldn’t be just a one-sided affair for the sponsors. They cannot just let the marketing money die off because of unexciting one-sided cricket. Therefore you get not one but two super-over matches. Yes, 2 in a row. But India had to come out as unbelievable winners so India always bats first in the match. Because that earns more money then India always bats second in the super over. So there is that hero effect from the star batsmen of India.
Series ended in a win-win situation for everyone. In New Zealand, sponsors and cricket board racked huge money for the close matches watched by millions and sponsor the heavy campaigns.

Sports is a science in today’s day and age. It’s all the game of numbers. gather enough numbers on to your side and the odds shift in our favor. Like every equation there are variable, It doesn’t have to be a full-rigged system. you just need a handful of significant variables manipulation and the whole system is rigged without anyone (even players) knowing.

India won it straight 5 out of 5. Getting the numbers they needed to rack up in the top 4. There is not so much T20 Cricket ahead in the season for India as there is a long IPL season in between. Getting the players they need for IPL n coming world cup also eliminating the possibility of MS Dhoni return into the team.

Conclusion

This conspiracy theory does post some potent questions and implies that the world we live in is not as simple as it seems. Common man lives in a fool’s Paradise. However, there is no clear proof to it and may go down as just a theory but it’s up to the people who choose to believe or not believe it. Event fixing and betting involved in the sport of cricket is nothing new for the cricket world as the whole cricket machinery works like a corporation. This is just a fan theory and we take no responsibility for it in any way.

KL RAHUL vs RISHAB PANT min

KL Rahul vs Rishab Pant, Shining Rahul closing doors for Pant.

Indian cricket team is on a roll right from the start of this new year 2020. They won against the lesser teams, then gave a huge send off to the mighty Aussies in ODIs. And now the Blackcaps are under the hammer. India has won 2 T20s on a trot.

Much anticipated 5 match T20 series against the New Zealanders started off at Eden Park on 24th-Jan when team India decided to bowl first. New Zealand came up with a fair bating performance score in excess of 200 runs in the first innings. Little they knew that a target of 204 will prove to be a walk in the park for the men in blue. India won the match comprehensively by 6 wickets in the 19th over. Match Report and Scorecard.

Second T20I today was anticipated to be more competitive however, It was a total opposite of what was expected. It was a low scoring match which didn’t post any hurdle to Team India. It started off with a shaky New Zealand start and ended with yet another strong Indian batting performance. 2nd T20I scorecard and Details. The common thing between the two matches was KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer splendid batting display. Rishab Pant who is not a part of the playing XI is finding it more and more tougher to come back to the Indian T20 side due to KL Rahul’s inroads with the bat and gloves.

Shreyas Iyer vs KL Rahul in T20I

Is KL Rahul better than Rohit Sharma in T20I?

Well here is a graph showing the dip in Hitman’s recent year’s T20 performance whereas KL Rahul is just peaking at the right time.

image 2

Is KL Rahul better than Rishab Pant?

this one is particularly difficult to call as in terms of stats and figures there isn’t really much to decide from. However, Captain Virat Kohli has certainly weighted his support towards the KL Rahul camp recently where he expressed his views about KL Rahul and how he see him a perfect fit for the wicket keeping role. This means that Virat Kohli is certainly more comfortable with KL Rahul with the gloves then Rishab Pant who hasn’t had so much of a successful run in recent times.

INDIA WINS! Takes the series 2-1

Rohit Sharma “The Hitman” did it once again for the men in blue in today’s final match against Australia. Rohit’s mammoth 119 runs and a partnership of 137 between Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli stole the show.

Australia after a winning the toss started the proceedings with the bat. The unusual shaky and careful start went wrong when David Warner was dismissed early by Muhammad Shami on 3 runs. But Australia came back in to the match when the masterclass Steve Smith came to the crease and played some sparkling shots for his hard fought 131 runs innings on just 132 balls. Smith Smashed 14 fours and 1 huge six and brought Australia to a very respectable total of 286. For a pressure final it was a good score but considering the last batting performance of Team India it was a par score. Indian batsmen really pumped up the game in the last ODI when they got 340 runs and they certainly fancied them selves to get anything below 300 today.

It was Mohammed Shami who set it up for India by taking 4 Aussie wickets in the final match but his most priced scalp today was Steve Smith who was cursing when got out to a good ball from Muhammad Shami.

Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul came in to start the batting innings for India and started off rather freely, playing some fine strokes. KL Rahul was picked up early by the Aussies thanks to Ashton Agar. Rahul was found wanting in front of stumps and was given out lbw. Rohit continued playing his shots and the more he played the tougher it became to come back for Australia. A mammoth 137 runs partnership between Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli made it a little to easy for India in the final match of the ODI series. Adam Zampa got Rohit Sharma out when he was batting on 119 caught off an edge on a mistimed slog. but it was a little too late for the Aussies and a settled Virat was batting with full command at the other end. India required on;y run a ball basic game play to win the final from there, which they did comfortably in the end.

India won the ODI series against the Australians series 2-1. Where initially many favored the Aussies to win the series rather comfortably after their splendid blitz in the first ODI. but credit goes to the men in blue for coming back stronger and winning it for India in the most convincing manner possible.

Rohit Sharma was declared man of the match.

INDIA LOST TO AUSTRALIA DAVID WARNER MAN OF THE MATCH

India’s worst defeat ever by Australians in INDvAUS 1st ODI

Call it a splendid display of skill from Australians or a wake-up call for Indians. It was a one-sided affair today.

India was beaten today by Australia in the first ODI of the series of 3. This was Team India’s worst defeat ever against the Aussies as they lost by 10 wickets. It was the first instance in history that India was beaten by 10 wickets. This was a day to forget for the Indian team.

HERE IS THE FIRST ODI MATCH SCORECARD

It was not just pure batting class from Australia but it was a very clinical bowling performance by the Australian cricket team. Once Indian batting lineup was dismantled on a below-par score of 255, it was always Australia’s game.

Aaron Finch and David Warner started the innings and in this case, finished it too. As the two openers took the Indian bowlers to the cleaners and both scored tons. David Warner was named man of the match for his quick and classy unbeaten innings of 128 runs.

Indian batting looked out of sorts right from the start when Rohit Sharma started of unnaturally slow and then got out on playing a pressure shot. Shikhar Dhawan was the only batsmen who could stay at the crease and scored 74 runs where other batsmen were struggling to get into the fifties. Virat Kohli also failed today along with the lower middle order. Only men to score any significant runs were KL Rahul and Shikhar Dhawan.

Mitchell Starc took 2 scalps whereas Pat Cummins and K Richardson got two wickets each.

Now the second ODI is on 17-Jan-2020 Friday at Rajkot. India will have to forget this ODI and move on to come out of this huge defeat.

INDIA Victorious, Wins series 2-1 against WI

INDIA vs WEST INDIES ODI Series was one of the most exciting series of the passing year. It brought full value to the fans who watched these two great teams battled for the trophy. Team India came out victorious at the end winning the series 2-1. India also won the previous T20 series against WI 2-1 in a similar manner.

FIRST ODI MATCH IND vs WI

Right after a T20I series Loss, less was expected from West Indian in the ODI format. However, West Indies surprised Team India and every one by winning the first ODI by 8 wickets. S Hetmyer and S Hope were stars of the show who stole the game from India scoring big hundreds.

SECOND ODI MATCH IND vs WI

Losing to West Indies by 8 wickets was a huge loss for Team India considering their recent form and record in ODI format. though India scored a reasonable target of 291 runs in the first ODI. It was time for India to regroup and reevaluate their strategy. They had to outplay the opposition who plays an ODI format just like T20.

Team India had to up their scoring rate and score freely in the powerplay as well, something which was missing in the first ODI. Team India went with a different mindset in the second ODI. Both the openers played magnificently and scored big hundreds. Rohit Sharma scored yet another 150, scoring 159 runs. whereas L Rahul scored a well deserved century as well.

Lower-order also chipped in and INDIA scored a mammoth total of 387 runs. Not often such scores are chased in International cricket. and same was the case here in 2nd ODI, West Indies batsmen could not keep up with the asking rate and fell short well below the target. India won by a huge margin of 107 runs.

THE FINAL IND vs WI

After the 2nd ODI, the series was even and the 3rd ODI was the big final everyone was waiting for. It was time for India to continue its continuity and a huge chance for West Indies to topple the “Men in Blue” in their own backyard.

West Indies started off well, Every batsman in the lineup got the starts but none could convert into a big hundred till N Pooran can in, Pooran played a handy knock at the end scoring 89 runs and with him, Kevin Pollard played an outstanding inning of 74 runs on just 54 balls. West Indies finished on a good total of 315-5.

India had a huge task in hand and Team India started off really well. In form, Rohit Sharma and L Rahul continued their good form from the previous match and scored 63 and 77 runs. After their dismissal came the master Virat Kohli this wasn’t the best of series for the Virat Kohli as he struggled in both the ODI games before but on Final, Virat scored a much needed 85 runs knock before getting a very good ball from K Paul.

Virat got bowled and suddenly the panic crept in the Indian dressing room. Batsmen came one after the other and got out without getting into the double figures. The lower middle order of India made the match evermore interesting. R Jadeja stayed in, his match-winning 39 runs Shardul Thakur 17 runs with 2 Fours and 1 Six made sure than INDIA gets to the finishing line in second last over. India won by 4 wickets.

India vs West Indies ODI Series

India vs West Indies ODI series of 3 Matches starting from 15-Dec-2019

Team India had the first encounter against the Windies in T20 format that is the stronghold of the Caribbean team, West Indies fought well, but they could not defeat the Indians in their own backyard. But now the challenge is different and some would say more difficult.

Virat Kohli has been the force behind the recent success of the Indian cricket team against the West Indies cricket team in the shortest format. Virat showed his master class in the recent T20 Series where he was simply unbeatable and showed his impeccable form and class to the world. his unbeaten 70* runs on just 29 balls in the final made it almost impossible for the WI to chase in a pressure final match.

T20 series is now gone, and now is the time for a new challenge and that is ODI Series of 3 action-packed matches starting from 15-Dec 2019. West Indies had last played against a slightly lesser team Afghanistan and did manage to win the series rather easily. however, now they would have to face a much much stronger opposition with a very strong and deep batting lineup.

The spin attack of India under the lights of Y Chahal, R Jadeja and K Yadav will come into play more in the ODI format. We are more likely to see spinning tracks for the longer format.

India has been in sublime form in the ODI series since their exit from the WorldCup. They played against West Indies in the Caribbean right after the world cup and won the series by 2-0, One ODI was abandoned because of rain. Now West Indies are ready for revenge and will they rise to the occasion. only time will tell.

Team-India-wins-the-Test-Series-against-SA

India White Washed South African

Team India whitewashed South Africans 3-0 in Home Test Series which appeared to be a totally one-sided affair in the end.

Not only Team India won all the matches convincingly but also imposed “follow-on” twice in the series. South Africa was unable to get out of the follow-on scenario on both occasions.

India had already won the series 2-0 and little was expected off South Africa going into the third Test. The third match of the Test series went on to be more one-sided and India wrapped up the match on the third day imposing the follow-on on the visitor team. Rohit Sharma was once again the star of the show scoring his maiden double century. Rohit scored career-best 212 runs on 255 balls. A Rahane also chipped in with a century, he scored 115 runs.

In the third match, the visitors (SA) found it very difficult to score and almost all the Indian bowlers were amongst the wickets. U Yadav started off the proceeding with his good 3 wickets, followed by S Nadeem M Shami and R Jadeja with 2 wickets each. Only R Ashwin could not take a wicket.

South African batsmen had a disaster start getting out early yet again in the series, only Z Hamza could get to his fifty runs milestone, he scored 62 runs, South Africa was wrapped up in only 56 overs scoring just 162 runs.

Virat Kohli decided yet again to implement Follow-on and South Africans were again put into bat, and yet again they started off rather poorly losing too many wickets, they lost 3 quick wickets before the day was called off.

This time M Shami took the lead in bowling and got 3 wickets, South African s were summed up for just 132 runs, India won by 202 runs and an innings.

Team-India-wins-the-Test-Series-against-SA

INDIA Wins yet another home series,11th consecutive series win.

After a dismal performance in the shorter format, South Africa had high hopes riding on them for the Test Series which to everyone’s surprise has been remarkably one-sided. After winning the second test by an Inning and 137 runs.

After winning the first test at Dharamshala convincingly India came into the second test with a lot of confidence, they went in to bat first in the first innings and made it a one-sided affair when they scored a mammoth 601-5d.

It all started with M Agarwal‘s brilliant century scoring 108 runs in the first innings but the man of the show was the king himself “Virat Kohli“. As he came in and totally dominated the already down and under the South African side. Virat scored 254 runs and was not out when India decided to declare the innings. Virat was simply jubilant on scoring a double century. Only K Rabada had some success with the ball as he managed to get 3 wickets in a dead rubber.

South Africa was playing for the draw right from the first ball. It was dead flat pitch but the Indian cricket team made use of the conditions rather beautifully not only in batting but also when they were bowling. Umesh Yadav and R Ashwin ensured that South Africa gets no way near to the Indian total and got South African Batters out for 275 runs.

Here is how the Test series between India and South Africa 2019 went. see the Live Cricket Scores, Cricket Live Streams below.

Freedom Trophy 2019

Barbados Beats Guyana in a Colorful CPL 2019 epic finale

Barbados Tridents have won the Caribbean Premier league of 2019 beating Guyana Amazon Warriors with 27 runs in the final of CPL 2019. Jonathan Carter was declared the Player of the match.

CPL is one of the most successful cricket leagues around, with players from all over the world participating in this mega event there is simply no shortage of hardcore action and livewire moments. This year CPL T20 was played even on a bigger scale. After a close contest in the group stage, two of the best teams reached the final match. Tridents vs Warriors was the big match everyone was waiting for on 12th-Oct. Shoiab Malik’s Warriors vs Jason Holder’s Tridents.

Barbados Tridents vs Guyana Amazon Warriors

Tridents batting first in the final match started off with strongly with the bat. Johnson Charles of Windies and Alex Hales of England started off the proceeding and gave a flying start to the tridents scoring 43 runs in 5.2 overs before the first wicket fell to Shepherd, King took an easy cath of Hales when he was batting on 28 (24 balls). Charles went on to make 39 runs on just 22 balls before he perished in 10th over. Warriors came back into the match by taking regular wickets and at one point Tridents were 90-5 in 12 overs.

Tridents Middle-order felling like a house of cards but then came the star of the show Johnatan Carter who clubbed the warrior bowling attack to all parts of the ground scoring a match-winning 50 on just 27 balls. Carter scored with a strike rate of 188 SR. Tridents were able to score 177 runs off their 20 overs.

In response, Warriors had a shaky start and only Brandon King was the only batsmen who had an impact at the crease. he scored a fine 43 runs knock on just 33 balls before getting stumped to Nurse.

The Middle-order failed miserably Hemraj, SO Hetmyer, Shoaib Malik, and Rutherford all failed to stay at the crease and score any significant amount of runs, apart from 25 runs from Keemo Paul there was no significant contribution from the tail as well and the Warriors went down rather quickly in the second half of the innings, Kudos to Raymond Reifer who bowled splendidly and got 4 wickets to his name in this all-important final match of the Caribbean Premier League.

Tridents won the CPL 2019 by 27 runs and lifted the trophy in the colorful closing of the event.

Australia-wins-the-test-match-against-england Ashes

England Lost First Test of the Ashes Series

England went into this first test of Ashes series 2019 as favorites. Many around the cricket world declared them clear favorites due to the momentum they were carrying from the ICC Cricket World Cup and also the dominance they showed over Australia in the knockout games. However, the English team proved everyone wrong with losing the first test match easily on the 5th day (second session).

WHERE DID ENGLAND GO WRONG?

Test Cricket is a different world altogether. There is a reason why it is called the best of the formats and the real test of skill, temperament, and cricket as a whole. England after brilliant first innings with the bowl and also with the bat looked amazing in patches but sudden collapse after good cricket is now getting a routine thing with England cricket team. Even in the World Cup after amazing few performances, they almost gave it away losing to some of the weakest sides in the tournament and then had to work out their way hard in order to qualify for the semis.

In the 4-day test match against Ireland, things went sideways for the English team when they were all bowled out for a mere 85 runs total. After that shocker, England had to work super hard to restrict Ireland to win that test. This first test match of the Ashes series was no exception. They had it covered for the most part but lost way in the critical times. England was forced to play for the draw on the fourth and fifth day of the test match courtesy some fine Aussie recovery and some extraordinary batting from Steve Smith and Wade. The target of 398 runs was never a reality once the centurions Wade and Smith took Australia to 487 runs.

STAR OF AUSTRALIAN TRIBE

England team was simply outplayed by the class of Steve Smith who never gives up and single-handedly scored the bulk of the runs when others around him were failing. The Australian top order failed in both innings but Smith stood like a rock and played two magical innings of 144 and 142 runs when led Australia to win it easily in the end by a margin of over 250 runs (251).

OUT! Caught. Pat Cummins to Chris Woakes. Off cutter short, outside off stump on the back foot Fended, Spliced to second slip, by Smith. There it is! Cummins rolls his fingers across it as he fires it into the surface. The ball grips, holds up, and Woakes doesn't know what to do with it. He ends up poking the bat at the ball, and chips it into the hands of second slip.Australia have done a thoroughly professional job today, and sealed the victory with ease. A massive win for the visitors, who go 1-0 up in the series. Pat Cummins and Nathan Lyon combined to run through the England batting line up, with no one in particular contributing massively for the home side. All of this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for one paritcular man, though. Steve Smith with two sensational hundreds set up the game for the Aussies. He was the star performer across the five days. Worrying signs for England, who seem very tired, and there is still four matches left to go!The teams head to Lord's for the second Test, which begins next Wednesday. Will Australia extend their lead? Or can England level it up?
