32- year Old Sarfaraz Ahmed was captain of Pakistan cricket team in all three formats, He recently led the Green Shirts in the ICC Cricket World Cup 2019, but he will not be leading the team in the Test format now. The replacement has already been chosen and will be announced shortly.
Sarfaraz Ahmed will continue to lead the side in the ODI and T20I formats. He will not be the captain of Pakistan Test Squad during ICC Test Championship.
There are reports in the local media that the young Shan Masood will be the new Test Captain of Pakistan. He has played 15 test for Pakistan so far.
